CONÓCENOS

Home Inspections

Home inspections are not an appraisal of value but rather a report of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. This report serves as an informational tool to assist home buyers in understanding the condition of the property and lists any issues that may require attention. This inspection report is not meant to be thought of as a “pass or fail” test, but as an information gathering process. It is also important to mention that the home inspector has no authority in the real estate process. My role is advisory only. For hard to reach places and uncessible areas we do provide inspections via drones. This report also includes : - Home Inspection - Roof & Foundation Inspection - Structural & Mechanical Inspection - Electrical Inspection - Flood & Water Damage Inspection - HVAC Inspection - Chimney Inspection - Home Safety Inspection - Plumbing Inspection - Roofing Inspection - Ventilation System Inspection

Commercial Real Estate Inspections

Commercial Building Inspections include an examination of the construction, alteration, or repair of commercial buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and ordinances, safety and zoning regulations. We also inspect the structural quality and general safety of buildings. For hard to reach places and uncessible areas we do provide inspections via drones. This report also includes: - Commercial Building Inspection - Roof & Foundation Inspection - Structural & Mechanical Inspection - Electrical Inspection - Flood & Water Damage Inspection - HVAC Inspection - Chimney Inspection - Bulding Safety Inspection - Plumbing Inspection - Ventilation System Inspection

The 4 Primary Types of Wood Destroying Insects: - Termites - Powder Post Beatles - Carpenter Ants - Carpenter Bees

Mold Inspection

Mold is a type of fungus that can live almost anywhere indoors and outside. Over time, exposure to mold can may you sick, especially if you are particularly sensitive to mold. While working at your property, we conduct a visual inspection of the house or building where we discuss any water damage, leaks, moisture problems, and areas where mold is detected.

Water Quality Inspections

Water quality testing is a test that checks the property's water supply for any contaminants or pollutants, such as chlorine, lead, or certain bacteria. This type of test can also reveal chemical imbalances of the pH, and other attributes, such as hardness.

Lead Inspections

Lead-based paint inspections determine the presence of lead-based paint. A risk assessment is an on-site investigation to determine the presence, type, severity, and location of lead-based paint hazards (including lead hazards in paint, dust, and soil) and provides suggested ways to control them.

Infarred & Thermal Imaging Inspection

Thermal Imaging Inspection is great for identifying areas where the insulation contractor failed to insulate adequately. By detecting the difference in temperature between a wet area and the surrounding dry areas thermal imaging can help detect moisture issues that would not be visible during a limited visual home inspection.

Asbestos Inspection

An asbestos inspection will identify areas of potential asbestos containing materials and take an appropriate number of samples for laboratory analysis.

Fire & Water Damage Inspection

FIRE: In the event of a fire, there is usually hidden damage and contamination. Due to the excessive heat, your home's structural integrity is also likely compromised.
